Each pan serves approximately 12-15 people. All items are pre-cooked and need only to be reheated. Mini pans, serve 4-6, and are available for all items. Call for pricing.

Layers of thin potato, zucchini & eggplant with Romano cheese, topped with a Bechamel sauce. $45

Skewered with fresh vegetables and grilled. One meat choice, minimum of 10.

Sold by the dozen only. A blend of ground beef, rice & seasoning wrapped ind elicate grape leaves. Serve with Avgo-lemono sauce. $25/dozen
